is there a clip that when you wear a clear bra strap that the clip holds onto the clear strap in place almost right over the bra.

do you mean without pulling them together? More like right on top of the strap as it goes over the shoulder? I haven’t seen anything like that recently a few years ago I saw someone was putting something out there like that, I think it was called a clippy? I can’t find it now, so they may not be around anymore.
