I am the Inventor of Strap Tamers and am so sorry you did not have a good experience with them. They are made from polycarbonite (the same plastic used for bullet-proof glass) so they should not have broken!

First, my bra straps were too wide to fit into the little clip. Then when I realized I had a bra with thinner straps, when I wore the Strap Tamers if I adjusted by shirt at all during the day, the clip broke off. They were just small things, and I guess are intended for younger, smaller or thinner women who wear bras with small straps.
